History

1966 : Inor.jpgCompany "INOR" (household waste incineration plant construction) formed in France, with a view to exploit Von Roll patents.
Von Roll is a Swiss constructor of household waste heat recovery plants since 1937 and developed its combustion grate in 1954. The Von Roll Inova grate has gradually become the number-one reference on the market, with 750 incineration lines worldwide in 2011.

1971 : INOR constructed and commissioned its first two household waste-to-energy plants in Dieppe and Blois. At the time, INOR was satisfying the demand of certain local authorities and developing its expertise as an operator of household waste heat recovery plants.

1989 : vonRoll.jpgVon Roll acquired a 99.9% interest in INOR

1999 : Socrit.jpgIn order to rationalise the company names of the Von Roll group subsidiaries, INOR was renamed Inova France S.A.
Inova France acquired SOCRIT, a maintenance firm specializing in pressurized parts based at Étoile-sur-Rhône, and developed a maintenance business for combustion grates.

2003 : Austrian.jpgThe Von Roll group parted with its environment division Von Roll Inova, which was taken over by Austrian group Austrian Energy & Environment.
2008 : SOCRIT became AE&E Maintenance France, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inova France, bringing together all the company's maintenance activities.

2009 : Acquisition of OTIM, specialists in routine maintenance, based at Grand-Quevilly near Rouen. OTIM merged with AE&E Maintenance France and became its site in Normandy.

2010 : Austrian Energy & Environment became AE&E and harmonized the name of all its subsidiaries: Inova France became AE&E Inova France, with two subsidiaries: AE&E Maintenance France and AE&E Operations France, respectively dedicated to the maintenance and operation of Inova units.

2011 :
AE&E Inova France joined the Altawest group and became Inova. Altawest.jpg
