Successful construction of an energy plant depends on irreproachable execution, which in turn primarily depends on competent site management and commissioning.
Inova has a specialized department, which organizes and plans the work in cooperation with its partners, one of whom is often the civil engineering contractor.
In the execution phase, Inova deploys its own site and commissioning supervisory staff (foremen and shift supervisors), who are competent and experienced.
